Waiver and Release of Liability

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Affiliation: Commonwealth Leathers LLC ("the Company") is not affiliated with any helmet manufacturer, including but not limited to MSA/Cairns Helmets, Phenix Technologies Inc., or any other fire gear manufacturer. The Company has no association with these manufacturers, and they do not authorize any modifications to their helmets.

• Modification Disclaimer: You acknowledge that any modification or service performed by Commonwealth Leathers LLC on your helmet will void any warranties, guarantees, or other assurances provided by the original manufacturer. You understand that the manufacturers of your helmet do not consent to any modifications or alterations made by Commonwealth Leathers LLC.

• Release of Liability: By paying for services rendered and checking the box to accept these terms and conditions, you, the undersigned, hereby release and hold harmless Commonwealth Leathers LLC, its employees,  and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, or death that may arise from the use of any helmet on which Commonwealth Leathers LLC has performed work. This release extends to any injury, harm, or death that occurs while wearing or using such modified helmets.

• Acknowledgment of Risk: You acknowledge that by allowing Commonwealth Leathers LLC to work on your helmet, you fully understand the risks involved and voluntarily accept those risks. This includes, but is not limited to, any potential failure of the helmet due to modifications made by the Company.

By proceeding with payment and accepting the terms, you agree to all the above conditions
